SUCCESS ACADEMY
This project will support youth ages 18-29 to return to the workforce after the pandemic, with a focus on including youth from underrepresented populations: Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), women and people with disabilities. By providing assessment and free access to training for Skills for Success (SFS), with decolonization and equity lenses, League of Innovators (LOI) will help them enter the workforce, succeed at work as well as create and lead their own businesses.
THE SUCCESS ACADEMY WAS LAUNCHED BY THE LEAGUE OF INNOVATORS
League of Innovators (LOI) is a national charity designed to mobilize the next generation of entrepreneurs. Designed to empower future innovators and entrepreneurs, LOI provides accessible programming and educational experiences. The Success Academy was launched within LOI as a resource platform for young aspiring entrepreneurs and educators who teach entrepreneurial thinking.
